Where do you deliver?

We deliver free across Mombasa — Bamburi, Nyali, Kiembeni, Utange, Mshomoroni, Mtwapa, Changamwe, Makupa, Mikindani, and Mvita. Extended zones: Diani, Ukunda, Mariakani — KES 800. Anywhere else, we quote on request.

Is the chicken fresh or frozen?

Always fresh. Every bird is slaughtered on the day of your order and dispatched the same morning. We do not stock or sell frozen chicken.

Can I get it chopped the way I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At checkout, choose "chopped" and leave us your instructions — 8 pieces, quarters, wings separated, whatever you need.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from 6 AM to 9 PM daily. Choose a time window at checkout: morning, midday, afternoon, or evening.

How do I place a wholesale order?

Go to our Wholesale page, add your quantities, select your delivery zone, and send via WhatsApp. We confirm your quote within the hour.

How does the weekly pre-order work?

Accepted Answer

On the Retail page, tap "Pre-Order & Save", choose your products and delivery days for next week, prepay, and your discount is locked in — 5%, 10%, or 15% depending on your weekly spend.

Do you offer marination?

Yes — available as an add-on on pre-order orders. Fee confirmed when we process your order.
